Digital Content Creator and Social Media Manager

A unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Social Media Manager to shape the social media strategy and delivery of a growing challenger marketing agency.

The role comes with plenty of autonomy and the ideal candidate will come with their own ideas and inspiration, ready to take the lead on delivering paid acquisition campaigns targeted at key milestones across the various business request as well as ‘always on’ organic content.

A smaller part of the role will focus on growing the companies’ commercial presence on social media, with a focus on B2B & B2C. The ideal candidate will help us communicate our strength and success stories visually.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement the brand’s paid and organic social media strategies with the aim of:

  • Driving new traffic through our acquisition funnel

  • Increasing brand awareness and engagement among existing and new audiences

  • Lead on all paid social media campaigns, managing all activity end-to-end with the aim of acquiring new customers around key sports and betting events throughout the year.

  • Ownership of organic and paid social media roadmap and a monthly calendar to meet specific objectives.

  • Manage the day to day running of accounts including organic content.

  • Define targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences, employing a test and learn approach that constantly optimises and seeks to demonstrate ROI consistently.

  • Work closely with our internal creative team to produce all relevant artwork required to ensure campaigns ‘cut through’ the noise.

  • Own the social media roadmap leading on the content planning and delivery.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, ensuring the ongoing success of paid and organic campaigns.

  • Continually improve internal services and processes.

  • Leverage findings to inform the paid media strategy, and targeting, to build better media plans.

  • Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.

  • Be the subject matter expert on social media, keeping up to date with trends and innovation in the space, as well as ensuring all activity is compliant in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines


What we want: You’ll be a great candidate if:

  • You have at least 3 years experience in a Paid Social Media role, ideally agency side working across multiple accounts.

  • You’re proficient in using Facebook Business Manager / Ad Manager.

  • You have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of paid social media and how these fit into different strategies and tactics for driving clicks and conversions.

  • You can demonstrate past work and hands-on experience in content management and storytelling.

  • You’re naturally creative with an ability to ideate fresh and original ideas that our creative teams can bring to life (text, image and video)

  • You can bring a flexible approach to when, where and how you work.

You are fluent in English Language. Any other languages are a plus.

Salary: Up to £100,000.00 per month  (based on experience)
